Welcome to ADK SEO REV (Adirondack SEO REV). By hiring or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Business Overview

Content Strategy
SEO Consulting
Coaching
Keyword Research
SEO Writing Services
Google Search Console Error Fixing
Website Creation Services

2. Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full at the time of hiring.
Accepted payment methods: Venmo (preferred), PayPal, Cash App, or Cash (in-person only).
PDF invoices will be emailed upon hiring.
Work will not commence until payment has been received in full.

3. Client Obligations

Access to necessary accounts may be required for full optimization services and SEO audits.
All account access needs will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work.

4. Limitations of Liability

ADK SEO REV and Bobby Bernstein are not responsible for specific outcomes or circumstances, including but not limited to:

Traffic drops due to search engine algorithm changes.
Results affected by the client’s failure to follow provided directions.

5. Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for digital products or services once completed.
If work has not started, refunds may be granted at the discretion of Bobby Bernstein, provided the reason for the request is valid.

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your data will not be shared with anyone other than Bobby Bernstein unless explicitly granted by the client through a formal written request.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Glens Falls, NY courts.

8. Modifications to Terms

ADK SEO REV reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Clients with an active contract will be notified of any changes as they occur.
