Link building services that hold up
Local and niche backlinks, earned the safe way. I build the kind of links that help small businesses rank in Google and get cited by AI search: relevant, real, and built to last.

Sometimes the problem is authority
You can have a great website and still sit on page two. When the businesses above you have more trusted websites pointing at them, Google trusts them more. That's authority, and backlinks are still one of the biggest pieces of it.
The problem is that most link building is junk: private blog networks, spammy guest posts, and bulk directory blasts that can do more harm than good. I don't do that. Every link I build is one I would be comfortable explaining to Google.
Before building anything, I look at your current backlink profile and compare it against the competitors outranking you, so we know exactly where the gap is. That analysis is also part of every SEO audit.
The links I build
Local citations
Accurate, consistent listings on the directories and data aggregators that matter for local search. The foundation of local SEO.
Local links & partnerships
Chambers of commerce, sponsorships, associations, suppliers, events and community organizations in your area.
Niche & industry links
Relevant websites in your industry: trade publications, industry directories, and resource pages.
Digital PR & editorial mentions
Getting your business mentioned and linked by local news, blogs and publications with a story worth telling.
Unlinked mentions & lost links
Finding places that already mention your business without a link, and recovering links you used to have.
Backlink audits & cleanup
Reviewing your current profile, anchor text and toxic links so your link building starts from a clean base.
How I approach link building
- Relevance first. A link from a local or industry site beats a high-DR link from nowhere
- No private blog networks, link farms or bulk directory blasts
- Natural anchor text, not exact-match spam
- Every link reported, so you know exactly what you are paying for
- Links support your content and Google Business Profile, not replace them
One-off campaign or monthly
Link building can be a standalone campaign, or it can be part of monthly SEO alongside content and on-page work, which is usually where it does the most good.
Is link building still important for SEO?
Yes. Links from relevant, trusted websites are still one of the strongest signals Google uses to judge authority, and mentions across trusted sites also help AI search tools understand and cite your business.
Are paid links or PBNs safe?
No. Private blog networks and paid link schemes break Google's guidelines and can get a site penalized. I don't use them.
How many backlinks do I need?
There is no magic number. It depends on the competitors ranking above you. I compare your link profile against theirs to find the actual gap, then build toward closing it.
How long does link building take to work?
New links usually take weeks to a few months to be found and reflected in rankings. Link building works best as a steady, ongoing effort rather than a one-time burst.
Do local businesses need link building?
Usually, yes, but it looks different. For local businesses, accurate citations and local links from chambers, sponsors, partners and local media often matter more than national links.
